Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of products that are in the original, unopened and untampered with "SHIPMENT BOX". If the shipment box (with the original postage) has been opened or tampered with, the refund cannot be honored. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and are accepted only if the original shipment box is unopened.
If you notice that your product has a defect or that it has been damaged, we invite you to send a message to customer service. In your message please including the order number, your contact information and a photo of item you are looking to return. The product must be returned within 7 working days of the receipt of your package.
RETURN PROCESS
- With the item to be returned please add the return form stating, "I wish to receive a replacement of my item". Please specify on the form any information that could help us understand the defect you found on the returned product. Indicate the order number, your contact information and the name of each item returned.
- Prepare your package, placing the return form inside. Packages that do not contain a return form will have a longer processing time.
- Contact customer service for your pre-paid return label and return form.
- Place the return label on your package.
- Go to your nearest UPS location to drop off your package.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to customer service within 24 hours of your purchase.
